Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Sinofortune Financial Holdings Limited
("Sinofortune Financial") will cease after the close of business
on Friday, 29/05/2026. As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code:
8552) of Sinofortune Financial as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Sinofortune Financial
