CU VENTURE INV<08159> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China United
Venture Investment Limited ("China United Venture"), the share
consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in China United
Venture into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.20 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 15/10/2026.  As from Thursday, 15/10/2026, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading in
the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 8159) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
