CHINA 33MEDIA<08087> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by China 33 Media
Group Limited ("China 33 Media"), the share subdivision of 1 share of
USD0.004 each ("Old Shares") in China 33 Media into 5 subdivided shares
of USD0.0008 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 28/04/2026.
As from Tuesday, 28/04/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 8087) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
