CHINA 33MEDIA<08087> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of China 33 Media Group Limited ("China 33 Media")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 03/06/2026.   As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
subdivided shares (stock code: 8553) of China 33 Media as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of China 33 Media will only be under the following arrangements: -
