GAOYU FINANCE<08221> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Gaoyu Finance
Group Limited ("Gaoyu Finance"), the share consolidation of 50 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Gaoyu Finance into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.5 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
17/04/2025.  As from Thursday, 17/04/2025, a temporary counter
under the following particulars will be established for trading in the
New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 8221) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
