HAO BAI INTL<08431> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Hao Bai
International (Cayman) Limited ("Hao Bai International"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.1 each ("Old Shares") in Hao Bai
International into 1 consolidated share of HKD1 each ("New Shares")
will become effective on 29/04/2025.  As from Tuesday, 29/04/2025,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 8431) for trading in the Old Shares:-
