FLYDOO TECH<08069> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Flydoo Technology Holding Limited ("Flydoo Technology")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 10/06/2026.  As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 8557) of Flydoo Technology as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Flydoo Technology will only be under the following arrangements: -
