V&V TECH<08113> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of V & V Technology Holdings Limited
("V & V Technology") will cease after the close of business on
Wednesday, 25/06/2025.   As from the close of business on that
day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock
code: 8558) of V & V Technology as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
V & V Technology will only be under the following arrangements: -
