MADISON HLDG<08057> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Madison Holdings Group Limited ("Madison Holdings"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Madison
Holdings into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.10 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 18/05/2026.  As from Monday, 18/05/2026, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading in
the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 8057) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
