MADISON HLDG<08057> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Madison Holdings Group Limited ("Madison Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 23/06/2026. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 8558) of Madison Holdings as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Madison Holdings will only be under the following arrangements: -
