KING OF CATER<08619> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by King Of
Catering (Global) Holdings Ltd. ("King Of Catering (Global)"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares")
in King Of Catering (Global) into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.1
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 09/06/2025.  As from
Monday, 09/06/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares
to replace the original counter (stock code: 8619) for trading
in the Old Shares:-
