Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of King Of Catering (Global) Holdings Ltd. ("King Of
Catering (Global)") will cease after the close of business on Thursday,
14/08/2025.  As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 8561) of King Of Catering
(Global) as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and
