REACH NEW HLDGS<08471> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Reach New
Holdings Limited ("Reach New Holdings"), the share consolidation of
20 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Reach New Holdings into
1 consolidated share of HKD0.2 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 23/06/2026. As from Tuesday, 23/06/2026, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 8471) for trading
in the Old Shares:-
