HK ENT INTL<08291> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Hong Kong Entertainment International Holdings
Limited ("Hong Kong Entertainment") will cease after the close of
business on Wednesday, 22/10/2025. As from the close of business on
that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock
code: 8569) of Hong Kong Entertainment International as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Hong Kong Entertainment will only be under the following arrangements: -
