CH NETCOMTECH<08071> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China Netcom
Technology Holdings Limited ("China Netcom Technology"), the share
consolidation of 50 shares of HKD0.005 each ("Old Shares") in China Netcom
Technology into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.25 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 30/06/2026.  As from Tuesday, 30/06/2026, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading in
the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 8071) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
