BRIGHTSTAR TECH<08446> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Brightstar
Technology Group Co., Ltd ("Brightstar Technology"), the share
consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Brightstar
Technology into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.20 each ("New Shares")
will become effective on 07/08/2026. As from Friday, 07/08/2026, a
temporary counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 8446) for trading in the Old Shares:-
