Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Brightstar Technology Group Co., Ltd ("Brightstar
Technology") will cease after the close of business on Thursday,
10/09/2026.   As from the close of business on that day, the counter
for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 8577) of Brightstar
Technology as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn
and trading in the shares of Brightstar Technology will only be under
the following arrangements: -
