XINXIANG ERA<08519> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by XinXiang Era
Group Company Limited ("XinXiang Era"), the share consolidation of 4
shares of HKD0.02 each ("Old Shares") in XinXiang Era into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.08 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 20/10/2025.
As from Monday, 20/10/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 8519) for trading in the Old Shares:-
