WEB3 META<08093> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Web3 Meta
Limited ("Web3 Meta"), the share consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.01
each ("Old Shares") in Web3 Meta into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.2
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 22/10/2025. As from
Wednesday, 22/10/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 8093) for trading in the Old Shares:-
