CAPITAL FIN<08239> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by Capital Finance
Holdings Limited ("Capital Finance"), the share subdivision of 1 share
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Capital Finance into 8 subdivided
shares of HKD0.00125 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
07/10/2026.  As from Wednesday, 07/10/2026, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 8239) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
