CITY COOLXUAN<08050> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
City Coolxuan Company Limited ("City Coolxuan"), the share
consolidation of 5 shares of HKD0.1 each ("Old Shares") in
City Coolxuan into 1 consolidated shareof HKD0.5 each ("New
Shares") will become effective on 08/12/2025. As from Monday,
08/12/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 8050) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
