GLOBALSTRAT<08007> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Global Strategic Group Limited ("Global Strategic Group"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old
Shares") in Global Strategic Group into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.10 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
13/06/2025.  As from Friday, 13/06/2025, a temporary counter
under the following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code:
8007) for trading in the Old Shares:-
