MAXWIN INT HLDG<08513> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of MaxWin International Holdings Limited
("MaxWin International") will cease after the close of business on
Wednesday, 11/02/2026. As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 8591)
of MaxWin International as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of MaxWin International will only be
under the following arrangements: -
