POLYFAIR HLDGS<08532> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Polyfair Holdings Limited ("Polyfair Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 24/02/2026. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 8592) of Polyfair Holdings as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of Polyfair Holdings will only be under the following
arrangements: -
