ZHONGHUA GAS<08246> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Zhonghua Gas
Holdings Limited ("Zhonghua Gas"), the share consolidation of 8 shares
of HKD0.00125 each ("Old Shares") in Zhonghua Gas into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.01 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 24/02/2026.
As from Tuesday, 24/02/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 8246) for trading in the Old Shares:-
