WLS HOLDINGS<08021> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by WLS
Holdings Limited ("WLS Holdings"), the capital reorganisation
which comprises the share consolidation of 40 shares of HKD0.01
each ("Old Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.40 each
and the capital reduction of nominal value of the consolidated
shares from HKD0.40 each in WLS Holdings to HKD0.01 each ("New
Shares") will become effective on 16/04/2026.  As from Thursday,
16/04/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 8021) for trading in the Old Shares:-
