FAMEGLOW<08603> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Fameglow Holdings Limited ("Fameglow") will cease
after the close of business on Monday, 12/01/2026.  As from the close
of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of 10,000
shares (stock code: 8588) of Fameglow will be withdrawn and trading in
the shares of Fameglow will only be under the following arrangements: -
