ALPHA PRO HLDGS<00948> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Thursday, 16/10/2025, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 948) of Alpha Professional Holdings
Limited ("Alpha Professional") will be changed from 2,000 shares to
20,000 shares. Accordingly, the parallel trading in the ordinary shares
of Alpha Professional will commence on Thursday, 16/10/2025 under the
following particulars:
