JF SMARTINVEST<09636> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Monday, 08/12/2025, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 9636) of JF SmartInvest Holdings
Ltd ("JF SmartInvest") will be changed from 500 shares to 100 shares,
new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the
existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of JF SmartInvest will commence on Monday,
08/12/2025 under the following particulars:
