JF SMARTINVEST<09636> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd ("JF SmartInvest") will
cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 30/12/2025. As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of
500 shares (stock code: 2988) of JF SmartInvest will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of JF SmartInvest will only be under the following
arrangements: -
