BIDU-SW<09888> - Removal of Stock Marker and Change of Stock Short Name

Market participants are requested to note that Baidu, Inc. will become
a dual primary listed company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited,
and the stock marker "S" will be removed from its stock short name on
01/09/2026. Accordingly, the stock short names of its HKD counter (stock
code: 9888) and RMB counter (stock code: 89888) will also be changed to
"BIDU-W" & "BIDU-WR" respectively with effect from Tuesday, 01/09/2026.
