XIMEI RESOURCES<09936> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Ximei Resources Holding Limited
("Ximei Resources") will cease after the close of business on
Tuesday, 26/05/2026.  As from the close of business on that
day, the counter for trading in board lot of 2,500 shares (stock
code: 2948) of Ximei Resources will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of Ximei Resources will only be under the
following arrangements: -
