CT VISION SL<00994> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
CT Vision S.L. (International) Holdings Limited has been changed to
"CT Vision (International) Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock
short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 994) will also be
changed to "CT VISION" with effect from Monday, 22/12/2025.
