NTES-S<09999> - Removal of Stock Marker and Change of Stock Short Name

Market participants are requested to note that NetEase, Inc. (the
"Company") (stock code: 9999) will become a dual primary listed company on
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the stock marker “S” will
be removed from its stock short name on 30/06/2026. Accordingly, the
Company's stock short name will also be changed to "NTES" with effect from
Tuesday, 30/06/2026.
