Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
China Jicheng Holdings Limited has been changed to "Asia Strategy
Digit Technology Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short
name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 1027) will also be changed
to "ASIA STRAT TECH" with effect from Wednesday, 28/01/2026.
