Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
Mayer Holdings Limited has been changed to "Huiyuan Cowins Technology
Group Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares
(stock code: 1116) will also be changed to "HC TECH GP" with effect from
Friday, 27/06/2025.
