GD-HKGBA HLDGS<01396> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Guangdong - Hong Kong Greater Bay Area
Holdings Limited ("Guangdong-Hong Kong Greater Bay") will cease
after the close of business on Friday, 12/12/2025. As from the close
of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of
8,000 shares (stock code: 2974) of Guangdong-Hong Kong Greater Bay
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Guangdong-Hong Kong
Greater Bay will only be under the following arrangements: -
