ZHONGMIAO<01471> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of Zhongmiao Holdings (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. ("Zhongmiao Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 25/02/2026. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot
of 500 H shares (stock code: 2902) of Zhongmiao Holdings will be withdrawn
and trading in the H shares of Zhongmiao Holdings will only be under the
following arrangements: -
