IVD MEDICAL<01931> - Change of English Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the English name of
IVD Medical Holding Limited has been changed to "ETHK Labs Inc.".
Accordingly, the English stock short name of its ordinary shares
(stock code: 1931) will also be changed to "ETHK LABS INC." with
effect from Friday, 30/01/2026 while its Chinese stock short name
remain unchanged.
