WENGE AI<01956> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Friday, 02/10/2026, the board lots for trading in
the H shares (stock code: 1956) of Beijing Zhongke WengeAI Science
and Technology Co., Ltd. ("Beijing Zhongke WengeAI") will be changed
from 200 H shares to 50 H shares, new share certificate will have the same
format and colour as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly,
the parallel trading in the H shares of Beijing Zhongke WengeAI
will commence on Friday, 02/10/2026 under the following particulars:
