CONANT OPTICAL<02276> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Friday, 29/08/2025, the board lots for trading in the
H shares (stock code: 2276) of Shanghai Conant Optical Co., Ltd.
("Conant Optical") will be changed from 500 H shares to 100 H shares,
new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the
existing share certificate. Accordingly, the parallel trading in the
H shares of Conant Optical will commence on Friday, 29/08/2025 under
the following particulars:
