CF PHARMTECH<02652> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of CF PharmTech, Inc. ("CF PharmTech") will cease after the
close of business on Monday, 03/08/2026.  As from the close of business
on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of 500 H shares (stock
code: 2989) of CF PharmTech will be withdrawn and trading in the H shares
of CF PharmTech will only be under the following arrangements: -
