CHINA VERED FIN<00245> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
China Vered Financial Holding Corporation Limited ("China
Vered Financial"), the share consolidation of 20 shares in
China Vered Financial into 1 consolidated share ("New Shares")
will become effective on 02/07/2025.  As from Wednesday,
02/07/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 245) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
