LVJI TECH<01745> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Lvji Technology
Holdings Inc. ("Lvji Technology"), the share consolidation of 50 shares
of USD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Lvji Technology into 1 consolidated
share of USD0.5 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 29/07/2026.
As from Wednesday, 29/07/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 1745) for trading in the Old Shares:-
