VC HOLDINGS<00821> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in theordinary shares of Value Convergence Holdings Limited
("Value Convergence Holdings") will cease after the close of
business on Friday, 29/08/2025. As from the close of business
on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares
(stock code: 2909) of Value Convergence Holdings as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the
shares of Value Convergence Holdings will only be under the
