ZHIDA TECH<02650> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by Shanghai Zhida
Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Zhida Technology"), the share
subdivision of 1 H share of RMB1.00 each ("Old Shares") in Zhida
Technology into 5 subdivided H shares of RMB0.20 each ("New Shares")
will become effective on 03/03/2026. As from Tuesday, 03/03/2026,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 2650) for trading in the Old Shares:-
