EASYKNIT INT'L<01218> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Easyknit International Holdings Limited
("Easyknit International") will cease after the close of business
on Wednesday, 30/09/2026.   As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the subdivided shares (stock code: 2912) of
Easyknit International as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Easyknit International will only
be under the following arrangements: -
