CCT FORTIS<00138> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by CCT Fortis
Holdings Limited ("CCT Fortis"), the capital reorganisation which
comprises the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.10 each ("Old
Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HKD1.00 each and the capital
reduction of nominal value of the consolidated shares from HKD1.00
each in CCT Fortis to HKD0.10 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 27/02/2026.  As from Friday, 27/02/2026, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for
trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 138) for trading in the Old Shares:-
