CCT FORTIS<00138> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of CCT Fortis Holdings Limited ("CCT Fortis") will cease
after the close of business on Thursday, 02/04/2026.   As from the close
of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated
shares (stock code: 2923) of CCT Fortis as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of CCT Fortis
will only be under the following arrangements: -
