ESPRIT HOLDINGS<00330> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Esprit Holdings Limited ("Esprit Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Friday, 26/09/2025. As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in
the consolidated shares (stock code: 2934) of Esprit Holdings as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of Esprit Holdings will only be under the following
arrangements: -
